• The manufacturer strongly advises changing the pacifier after 6 weeks of continuous use. Latex (of any brand) is a natural material that expands with use. If you are using the +6 pacifier, you will not find a larger one on the market, and if your child gets used to an expanded pacifier (which can double its initial size), they may refuse the new pacifier, finding it significantly smaller than the one they abandoned.
