- We never recommend sterilization in the microwave. And in this case, being a PP pacifier, uncontrolled high temperatures can cause the pacifier to come apart. Our recommendation is to heat a pot of boiling water, remove it from the heat, and place the pacifiers in it for 2-5 minutes.
