  • The difference between size 0-6M and size 6-18M is barely noticeable to the eye. In the 0-6 months size, it is a bit shorter and wider at the bottom (the narrowest part).
  • The brand advises changing the pacifier every 6 weeks, as natural rubber (from any brand) inflates and enlarges with frequent use. This can cause the child to reject a new pacifier of the same size even though it's the same one that was previously purchased.

How to differentiate the different BIBS nipples?

  • Round: Soft round nipple that imitates the mother's nipple and promotes a tongue placement and sucking technique similar to breastfeeding.
  • Symmetrical: Also called physiological. It promotes a sucking technique where the tongue is flat and presses the pacifier against the palate, so the baby doesn't need to suck as hard.
