1. What are your shipping rates for your products?

Shipping costs vary according to the weight-to-volume ratio and the destination of the package. They can be consulted HERE or in the "shipping rates" section at the bottom of the page after placing the desired products in the cart, with no purchase restrictions.

2.What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD
European SEPA bank transfer or counter deposit: to our Santander account, Murcia, Spain.
All payments are in advance. Orders are shipped when the payment is received and identified. As soon as your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information and data useful for making the payment.

3. How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery times, except force majeure (for reasons beyond our control), in Spain PENINSULA are: from 3 to 6 working days in the case of ordinary shipping and in the case of urgent deliveries 48-72 working hours if there are no problems with the address provided. Balearic Islands 3-6 business days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 5-7 business days (it may be longer if it is detained by customs). The delivery period in Europe depends a lot on the destination country, but in our experience, in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Germany, Italy and Portugal it usually takes between 4 and 10 days maximum. Deliveries to the rest of the world can vary from one country to another and depending on the destinations within the country; but according to our experience, in Argentina, Mexico, Chile and USA, deliveries usually take 15 to 45 working days.

4. My order is taking longer than expected to be delivered. Why?

We put into production and ship all orders, within 24-48 hours from the moment of receipt of the payment. All delays that can accumulate from the moment of sending are for reasons beyond our control. If 6 business days have passed since the shipment and you are unable to track your package with the online tracker, get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you and find a solution. We remind you that often the postman does not leave a notice of arrival. It is important that you track your order to find out if it is already available to collect from the post office.The courier makes 2 consecutive delivery attempts. After that the package returns to the sender and you will have to pay the second shipping costs. If you have a mishap, contact the agency in charge of your package to facilitate the delivery.

5. Do you notify by telephone before delivery??

NO. Postmen don't call to deliver a registered package. In case of absence they should leave a notice to collect the registered letter/package directly from the Post Office, which will remain available for 30 days. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, the postman immediately returns the registered letter/package to the sender and you will have to pay the second shipping costs. Please take check carefully that the data is correct and complete.The courier makes the first delivery without notice, leaving a written note in case of absence. We remind you that there are two delivery attempts, after which the package is returned to the sender. You can indicate specific instructions for delivery with the courier in the comments. In case of need, contact the courier company by telephone to provide the time of availability and facilitate the delivery.

6. How can I find out if my order has left and when it will be delivered?

Tutete.com sends an email notification, the day after the shipment, changing the status of the order, in your account, from suspended to sent. In this email you will find the tracking number and the link of the tracker where you can follow the movements of the package.

7. What does "pending" mean?

It means that the order has not yet been put into production. If your order is not updated after 48 hours, there may be a problem. Please get in touch with us.

8. Why don't you accept PayPal as a payment method? ?

Tutete.com offers a selection of the best baby products available on the world's market, trying to keep prices reasonable. Paypal imposes very high commissions which would inevitably have repercussions on the final price of the products. For the peace of mind of our customers who pay by credit card, we have entered into agreements with La Caixa which, with the Cyber Pack encrypted platform, offers a very high level of security at affordable prices.

9. Why doesn't Tutete.com use the PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY) method?

As established by European legislation: Customized products cannot be returned or replaced. Payment on delivery allows the customer to reject the package, causing economic damage to our company which, for this reason, has decided to fulfill only orders that have already been paid for.

10. I placed an order and paid for it by credit card, but I have not received the confirmation email. Why?

Generally when an order is completed successfully, confirmation arrives immediately. If you don't receive it, not even in the SPAM folder, there must be a problem. You may have inadvertently closed the payment page without confirming. The payment is effective, but we don't know what you ordered. Or the reason could also be that the payment may have been refused for a security reason and in this case the order is not confirmed. Get in touch with us, we will help you find a solution..

11. What brand are the soothers??

12. What brand is the teat?

The teat of our soothers is the famous NG, also known as NGermany. This teat, patented in Germany over 30 years ago, is used in the best quality soothers. As a guarantee of authenticity, the teat bears the logo and is also visible on most products sold in pharmacies.

13. Are your pacifiers and bottles BPA free?

Yes they are. They comply with all the directives provided for by the most recent European law. They are manufactured in tritan and / or polypropylene.

14. Is your personalisation method safe?

Extremely safe! We do not print in ink and we do not attach adhesives. Our technology is clean, non-toxic and totally permanent. It does not erase or discolour with repeated sterilisation. It meets the highest safety standards and has received the approval of the Consumers Union in Spain. Our technology allows us to obtain only a monochromatic personalisation, in dark gray.

15. Water remains in the teat!

All our soothers are equipped with a ventilation system integrated into the teat. This ensures that the soother fits perfect in the baby's mouth and regains shape when released. During sterilisation, or when sucking, water and saliva can enter the hole. It's normal. Our advice is to press the teat to release all the liquid. Residual moisture does not affect the life of the teat or the baby's health

16. Can I request free samples from Tutete.com or gifts for multiple births?
