Where did we get your data from?

All the confidential information sent through our website is encrypted, so it is protected from third parties. This information is sent using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol, which encrypts the information you send us before we receive it to protect it from third parties. Under no circumstances do we store data that could link the identification of the payment method with the identity of the holder.

The personal data we process are directly provided by you through the different forms available on the website, and only identification and contact data will be processed.


2. PAYMENT GATEWAY.

Any payment or economic transaction made through the website requiring users to provide their credit or debit card data will be carried out through a payment gateway system that is directly and exclusively managed by LA CAIXA (bank entity with which Tutete.com has agreed its implementation through Cyberpac). In that case, it is up to the bank entity to access and process these data for the actual purposes of paying amounts due. Tutete.com will not have access whatsoever to these data.

IMPORTANT: Credit card data are directly entered in the bank's secure website. Therefore, Tutete.com does not transmit these data nor keep them in its servers.


3. RIGHT OF ACCESS, OPPOSITION, RECTIFICATION AND CANCELLATION.

Users entering their personal data in our website's forms will be fully entitled to exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation at any time by sending a request to tutete@tutete.com, or by postal mail to: Productos Infantiles Tutete S.L., C/ Yecla 10, Industrial estate La Polvorista, 30500 Molina de Segura, Murcia, attaching a photocopy of the national ID card or passport of the data subject. Tutete.com is absolutely against the practice of spamming or sending unwanted e-mails and never undertakes this type of behaviour. Tutete.com only sends information to those users that have signed up to receive the NEWSLETTER, thus accepting our general conditions and our privacy policy to be sent this information. Tutete.com will not allow the use of these practices by the user either, proceeding to withdraw the services that may have been hired with our company and reserving the right to take any legal actions that might be appropriate.


5. CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY REGULATIONS

Tutete.com may amend or update the privacy policy at any time in accordance with the amendments introduced in legislation and regulations ruling this matter and protecting the rights of users, and will be binding as soon as they are published in this same section of the website.
